Play BIG or go home!

I’ve been self-employed since I was 15 years old and like many of you, I often found myself the last one out the door at night, the first one there in the morning, covering all left-over duties during the day and often went home with less money in my bank account than my employees.

As Larry the Cable Guy says, “Now that’s just wrong!!!” Too often we find ourselves working “in” our businesses instead of “on”  our businesses. We think we have to do EVERYTHING!  We create brochures, do our own accounting, answer countless emails, train our employees, provide customer support, take out the trash, do the banking,  mop the floors and potty-train the pets…..you know what I mean…..
